Privacy notice
Last updated: November 2026. This notice explains what BrokerAI.dev collects when you browse the site, join the email list, or become a member.
Accounts and payments
Memberships are managed by Outseta, which provides our sign-up, login, subscription billing and customer account tools. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, chosen plan and billing history. Card payments are processed by Stripe; BrokerAI.dev never sees or stores your full card number. You can update your payment method, view invoices, change plans or cancel anytime from My account after logging in.
If you join our email list or become a member, we use your email address to send account messages (receipts, password resets, billing notices) and, if you subscribed, updates about new prompts and features. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Email is sent through Outseta.
Local browser preferences
Saved favorites are stored locally in your browser so you can find them again. Clearing browser data can remove them. When you log in, a sign-in token is also stored in your browser so you stay logged in.
Hosting and external services
Our hosting provider may retain routine technical access logs to operate the website. Outseta and Stripe process data under their own privacy policies. When you copy a prompt to an external AI service, that service handles information under its own terms and privacy practices; this website does not transmit your prompts to an AI service.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing us. Deleting your account ends access to the member library.
